If you're having trouble connecting to your Dlink cloud area then here is a step by step guide on how it should work


1. Firstly go to https://eu.mydlink.com/login and login using your email address and password, or if you have not set up an account with them, then please do so now.

2. Once your account is created and or you have logged in it will take you to a page saying you must update your Java 

3. Depending on the browser this may already be updated but it would be best to use something like internet explorer as this is the best for these programs.

4. It may tell you to also install direct X, you do not need to do this.

5. Once you have Java updated and or installed it should let you access your files through cloud storage.
